Toyota Tundra Vs. The Suzuki Equator Pick Up

When buying a Used Toyota Camry, lets keep in mind the excellence of a Toyota and the resale value of a Used Toyota, it’s not lets say, as good as purchasing a Used Honda, but it does have some benefits over the competition.

The 2009 Suzuki Equator is outfitted with a powerful V6, not as good as the Toyota Tundra V6, which has plenty of tourque for all those weekend projects and light duty work truck task. The reasonably priced four cylinder motor is also available in the Equator, achieving much better gas mileage than the six cylinder  is much easier on your wallet, but if I’m going four wheeling or moving my friends the higher tourque V6 is the one for me. Producing an abundance of horsepower, six cylinder models are up for almost any chore, bolted to the V6 is a strong automatic transmission that shifts with no hesitation at all. Precise Steering, and a comfortable ride that is unexpectedly pleasurable for a truck.

The RMZ-4’s off-road suspension package makes that bouncy ride feel a little more like a pickup. The 4WD models are capable of off roading, thanks to having road clearance of ten inches and a great amount of suspension travel. The less expensive base Equator is naked and equipped with fifteen inch steel wheels and bucket seats with a console but little else, A/C or a sound system is your basic. The upgraded series adds sixteen inch alloy rims, a rear slide glass, a tilt steering wheel, remote entry, all power accessories and comfortable cloth interior. Choosing the Sport gets you 17-inch aluminum rims, a rhino coated bed liner and movable tie-down cleats in the bed. The RMZ-4 adds chrome exterior trim, beefed up axles, an electrical locking rearend, Bilstein shocks, brush plates, 16” aluminum rims with all-terrain tires, fog lamps, height and lumbar control for the driver seat and metallic cabin accents. The RMZ-4 Sport adds an upgraded audio system with a CD player, an auxiliary audio jack, satellite radio prep, and Bluetooth compatibility. It’s a mystery that an aftermarket fashion GPS is optional on all crew cabs but not obtainable on the extended-cab Equators. Bluetooth is an option exclusively on the RMZ-4 crew cab.
