One of the hardest cleaning jobs to do in a home is your windows. The number of windows your house have depends on how big your house is.And it would be more difficult to clean windows especially if you have a second floor. It is always hard to clean windows on higher levels of any structure. And the hardest part of all is actually getting your windows streak free clean.Yes you may rid the windows of dirt and other pollutants but leaving streaks on it will still make it as dirty looking as ever before. So here are some tips to avoid wasting your time when cleaning windows.
First of all you need the right cleaning materials. The first cleaning material is what you are going to use as the cleaning agent. As a San Diego window cleaning service we do use professional cleaning supplies. But if you are doing it yourself you don’t need it.You can still clean your windows thoroughly without those materials. So what you will use is simple dishwashing liquid. The trick is making sure not to add too much liquid to the water.
The next tool you will use is the squeegee. As a San Diego window washing company this saves so much time. This tool will be used to get all the initial wetness and dirt off of the window. But make sure that you use it the right way so that no streaks would be left on the windows. The best way to make sure that does not happen is to use a one way stroke of the squeegee.
And the last thing you would need is a newspaper. This works remarkably well in my Carlsbad window cleaning service. You would use it after you squeegee your window. This is what will give you that final polish to remove any streaks and left over residue. You will be amazed at the results if you use this technique after the squeegee.

Cleaning windows is one of the best things you can do to your homes. But it is not enough to just clean them.Usually, those windows that have been cleaned with the use of harsh chemicals have residue. And these residues won’t wear off that easily. That would leave you with windows with a lot of streaks. So here are some tips in cleaning your windows without leaving some streaks on them afterwards.
If you are planning on cleaning them by yourselves then you need something that would remove those residues. Obviously as a San Diego window cleaning company my advice would be to get a good window cleaning company. But if you want to do it yourself you can get rid of the streaks. You are going to have to use a good cleaner to cut through all the residue of those chemicals.
So here’s a good cleaner that you can prepare by yourself. And it would be good for you since it is not expensive. Plus since it is a natural cleaner it is good for the environment. In my San Diego window washing service I use something similar. You would have to have a quarter cup of vinegar. Then you have to mix it with half a teaspoon of liquid soap. This combination can be an effective remover of window streaks.
But that combination is not effective to use on very dirty windows. You should do another trick so that it can be effective. Of course I have to use it sometimes in my Carlsbad window cleaning service and it works like a charm. The trick would be to warm the vinegar up. This will allow it to clean those extra dirty windows that it normally wouldn’t be able to.
So here’s one combination you can use to remove streaks on your windows. It is a proven combination that can clean windows.

One part of the house that you can’t hide when they gets dirty are the windows.Everyone from your neighbors to the people inside your own house will notice it once the windows gets dirty. But that isn’t the worse part. The worse part is living in a home that you can’t see outside clearly. So here are some window cleaning tips for clearer windows.
So for those of you who are planning to clean their windows here is a secret. If you can find some you should use de-ionized water. It is purer than the tap water that you are drinking. Why would it be necessary?Because de-ionized water will not leave any residue in your windows after it dries.Residue is bad for your windows because it would leave marks on your windows. This is a trick I use all the time in my San Diego window cleaning business. You can easily do this because getting some de-ionized water is not a hard job.
The next tip is to not use very harsh chemicals in cleaning your windows. This is what most people use in cleaning windows most of the time. But cleaning your windows must not involve the use of ammonia, vinegar, or alcohol. Definitely don’t use any cleaners that use that. This only burns the window and can leave permanent marks that will always make the window look dirty. You will never find a company like my San Diego window washing service which never use harsh chemicals.
Last tip is to use a vacuum cleaner. This is one that gets overlooked. But in my Carlsbad window cleaning service it does a great job.Its job is to get rid of the dirt and cobwebs that have accumulated on the windows. They usually gather up on the corners of the windows that are hard to clean. The vacuum does the job right.
So, there are some of the tips that can help you in cleaning your windows. It isn’t an easy job, but you will be pleased with the results.
